About the Brand
Hacıbaşar Kebap is a restaurant chain with 11 restaurants serving in Istanbul since 1955. Its difference from other kebab places is its rich menu content and being a non-alcoholic business chain.
Approaches and Design
When designing the package menu, two colors used on the exterior of the restaurant were chosen. Gold embroidery on black background. This choice distinguished the Şişli branch from other branches. Due to the menu diversity and pricing difference, the restaurant requested me to make the consumer feel the luxury feeling more intensely in the design.
The box system that presents the meals in the brochure aims to enable the consumer to make an easy decision when choosing a meal. The illustrations in the background of the pages aim to convey the menu categories to the consumer in a more friendly way. The reason why prices are not included is a precaution taken by the company against inflation. You can access current prices by scanning the QR symbol.

Hacıbaşar Kebap, 1955 yılından bu yana İstanbul'da hizmet veren 11 şubesi bulunan bir restoran zinciridir. Diğer kebapçılardan farkı, zengin menü içeriği ve alkolsüz bir işletme zinciri olmasıdır.
Amaçlar ve Tasarım
Paket servis menüsünü tasarlarken restoranın dış cephesinde kullanılan iki renk seçildi. Siyah zemin üzerine altın işleme. Bu tercih Şişli şubesini diğer şubelerden farklılaştırdı. Menü çeşitliliği ve diğer şubelerle arasındaki fiyat farkından dolayı müşteri benden tasarımda tüketiciye lüks duygusunu daha yoğun hissettirmemi istedi.
Broşürde yer alan yemeklerin sunulduğu kutu sistemi, tüketicinin yemek seçerken kolay karar verebilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Sayfaların arka planında yer alan illüstrasyonlar ile menü kategorilerinin tüketiciye daha samimi bir şekilde aktarılması amaçlanmıştır. Fiyatlara yer verilmemesinin nedeni firmanın enflasyona karşı aldığı bir önlemdir. Güncel fiyatlara QR sembolünü taratarak ulaşabilirsiniz.
